Our premium offering is sourced from one farm, and one breed of buffalo. We believe a happy herd produces happy milk, which is why we tend to our buffaloes with love and care, and raise them on a special balanced diet, bringing in the best quality feed from almost 800 Km away. After all, they are a part of our Milk Blitz family.

We produce our milk from the world-class Murrah buffalo. It is pure and has higher fat content and far greater nutritional value than cow milk. Our promise of More Cream Per Cream ensures taste and trust. Our yield is better in both quality and quantity.

MilkBlitz only produces A2 milk. A1 and A2 are two types of beta-casein, a sub-group of casein which is the most important protein found in milk. All cows originally produced only A2 protein. However, over time due to genetic mutation, many cows started producing both A1 and A2 proteins, with some producing A1 only.
Our single origin Murrah buffaloes only produce A2 milk, which is easier to digest, even for people with lactose intolerance. Also, A2 milk releases a specific amino acid called proline, which plays a vital role in the smooth functioning of our immune system.
Our origin story comes from our hearts – giving back to local communities by creating livelihoods for the youth, and reviving the Gowala community of professional milkers.
